Dental Insurance

Pembina Trails Dental Clinic follows the Manitoba Dental Association's Annual Fee Guide. We cooperate with the majority of insurance providers and will file your claim on your behalf. We will direct bill to your insurance provider if your benefits are assignable. This means that we will determine how much of the cost is covered by your insurance and charge you for the balance at the time of service.

If your insurance is not transferable, you must pay for treatment in full at the time of service. The insurance company will then send you a cheque after we file the insurance claim on your behalf. Any changes to your plan must be reported to our receptionist, as your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. Any treatment not covered by insurance provider is the responsibility of the patient.
